How do you make red lips not so red?

My lips are really red in color and I have always been looking for a lip balm or lip gloss that would make them lighter and a more neutral color. Do you know any good lip balms or glosses that would do that or do you have any other suggestions?

I have the same problem. I like to use this super nude lipstick by MAC called Myth and a clear or light pink gloss on top like MAC’s Underage gloss. It gives me a nice nude lip so I can draw more attention to my eye makeup.
