Will vibrating abs make you lose fat/define ur abs?
I have a Hand Held massage machine and was wondering if I could use it like the vibrating belts you can buy ?
no it will just eventually leave bruises. sorry theres no easy way out. If you want abs you have to hit the gym 4-5 days a week and get a healthy meal plan started. If it were easy dont you think everyone in the world would have flat abs?
